Safety and Conduct Rules within the Port Area

Smålandshamnar’s port facilities are subject to specific security requirements in accordance with applicable regulations for port and maritime security. Access to the port’s ISPS areas is therefore restricted and may only be granted to persons with valid authorisation.

To facilitate the access process, you are advised to prepare your visit in advance:

1. Download the document “Local Safety Regulations and ISPS”.
2. Read the regulations and complete and sign the confirmation contained in the document.
3. Bring the signed form with you upon arrival at the port.

The signed confirmation will be used as the basis for registering your access to the port’s ISPS area.
Visits to Smålandshamnar AB must be notified at least 24 hours prior to arrival.
Notification shall be made to the Operations Department by email trafik@smalandshamnar.com or telephone: +46 10 356 39 10

After entry, the vehicle must follow the designated route to the stop sign, from where it will be escorted to the designated loading or unloading location.
